Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup baby carrots
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Coat chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add broccoli and carrots to the basket. Cook for another 8 minutes.
- Check the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- For crispier vegetables, shake the basket halfway.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
