Ingredients

- 1.5 kg beef roast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C.
- Mix herbs, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Coat beef evenly with the herb mixture.
- Place beef in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25 minutes per 500g, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 63°C.
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
- Adjust cooking time based on roast size.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3 days.
