A juicy roast beef coated with fresh herbs and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg beef roast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 190°C.
  2. Mix herbs, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat beef evenly with the herb mixture.
  4. Place beef in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 25 minutes per 500g, flipping halfway.
  6. Check internal temperature reaches 63°C.
  7. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
