- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, honey, melted butter, and egg. Stir until combined.
- Grease madeleine molds and fill each cavity halfway with batter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
