Description
Delicious bite-sized cornbread madeleines with honey butter glaze, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp melted butter (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Grease madeleine pan
- Fill molds 3/4 full
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes
- Mix honey and melted butter for glaze
- Brush glaze on warm madeleines

- Use room temperature ingredients
- Don’t overmix the batter
- Let madeleines cool slightly before glazing
