Description

Delicious bite-sized cornbread madeleines with honey butter glaze, made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  5. Grease madeleine pan
  6. Fill molds 3/4 full
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes
  8. Mix honey and melted butter for glaze
  9. Brush glaze on warm madeleines

Notes

  • Use room temperature ingredients
  • Don’t overmix the batter
  • Let madeleines cool slightly before glazing
