- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, cornstarch, black pepper, and salt.
- Toss pork cubes in the sauce until coated.
- Place pork in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness (internal temp should be 145°F or 63°C).
- Serve immediately.
