Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss salmon cubes in the honey mustard mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of salmon cubes.
- For extra crispiness, spray salmon lightly with oil before air frying.
