Description
Crispy Brussels sprouts with a sweet and spicy honey sriracha glaze, made easily in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp.
- Mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Toss cooked Brussels sprouts with the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Ensure Brussels sprouts are dry before air frying for crispiness.
- Double the sauce if you prefer more glaze.
