A quick and easy air fryer tilapia recipe with a spicy horseradish kick.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix horseradish, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the horseradish mixture evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
  5. Place fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
