A quick and easy air fryer tilapia recipe with a spicy horseradish kick.

- 4 tilapia fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix horseradish, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the horseradish mixture evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
- Place fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
Notes
- Adjust horseradish amount for more or less heat.
- Check fish early to avoid overcooking.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
