Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then stir well.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and hot chocolate mix. Mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined air fryer-safe pan.
  7. Air fry for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.
