Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, then stir well.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and hot chocolate mix. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined air fryer-safe pan.
- Air fry for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.

- Use a pan that fits your air fryer basket.
- Check brownies a few minutes early to avoid overcooking.
