- 1 cup samosa filling (potatoes, peas, spices)
- 1 cup sliced bread (white or brown)
- 1/2 cup grated paneer
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix samosa filling with grated paneer, coriander leaves, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt.
- Spread the mixture evenly on bread slices and fold them into triangles.
- Brush the outer side of the bread with oil.
- Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Place the stuffed bread in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
