- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F
- Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan in a bowl
- Coat chicken with olive oil
- Season chicken with spices
- Press chicken into breadcrumb mixture
- Place chicken in air fryer basket
- Cook for 12 minutes
- Flip chicken halfway through
- Serve hot

- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F
- Adjust cooking time for thicker cuts
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving
