Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the jalapeño mixture.
  4. Secure the openings with toothpicks.
  5. Dip each stuffed chicken breast in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove toothpicks before serving.
