- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff the mixture into the chicken pockets.
- Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.
- Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spice level.
- Serve with ranch or sour cream for dipping.
