Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the chicken pockets.
  5. Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
