- 12 fresh jalapeños
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Dip filled jalapeños in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
- Place jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.
- For extra spice, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- Serve with ranch or sour cream for dipping.
