Description
Crispy, golden doughnuts with a sweet jam filling, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup jam (strawberry, raspberry, or your choice)
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Roll dough into small balls (about 1.5 inches).
- Flatten each ball slightly and place 1/2 tsp jam in the center.
- Seal edges and reshape into smooth balls.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
- Place doughnuts in the basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve.
Notes
- Use thick jam to prevent leakage.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Check doughnuts halfway and flip if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
