Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then cover with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve with tonkatsu sauce.
