Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Coat chicken with jerk seasoning and olive oil.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove chicken and let rest.
- Slice chicken and assemble bowls.
- Layer rice, beans, chicken, pineapple, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over top.
