- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate onion slices into rings.
- Mix almond flour, parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each onion ring in beaten egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Place coated rings in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use sweet onions for milder flavor.
- For extra crispiness, double-coat the onion rings.
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days.
