Ingredients

  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a pie dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, coconut, and egg yolks.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust.
  4. Place the pie dish in the air fryer and cook at 320°F for 20 minutes.
  5. Let the pie cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Top with whipped cream before serving.
