A refreshing and tropical dessert made in the air fryer with a creamy lime and coconut filling.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a pie dish.
- In a bowl, combine condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, coconut, and egg yolks.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Place the pie dish in the air fryer and cook at 320°F for 20 minutes.
- Let the pie cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
- Chill well before slicing.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
