A quick and healthy salad featuring kiwi berries, prepared in an air fryer for a unique twist.
Ingredients

- 1 cup kiwi berries, halved
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss kiwi berries with olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and salt.
- Air fry the kiwi berries for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Combine the warm kiwi berries with mixed greens.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Kiwi berries can be substituted with regular kiwis if unavailable.
- Adjust honey to taste.
- Add crumbled feta for extra flavor.
