Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make sorbet using fresh kiwis and an air fryer for a unique twist.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Blend kiwis, sugar, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  3. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  4. Transfer to the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
  5. Blend again until creamy, then freeze for another 2 hours before serving.
