Description
A refreshing and easy-to-make sorbet using fresh kiwis and an air fryer for a unique twist.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Blend kiwis, sugar, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Transfer to the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
- Blend again until creamy, then freeze for another 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar based on kiwi sweetness.
- Use an ice cream scoop for easy serving.
