Make crispy and delicious mini Korean corn dogs in your air fryer. These bite-sized treats are perfect for snacking or as a party appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 4 mini hot dogs or sausage links
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Wooden skewers or toothpicks
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
- Cut each mini hot dog in half. Insert a wooden skewer into each piece.
- Dip each skewered hot dog into the batter, coating evenly.
- Roll the coated hot dogs in panko breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Place the corn dogs in the air fryer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with ketchup or mustard for dipping.
Notes
- Use any type of sausage or hot dog you prefer.
- For extra crispiness, spray the corn dogs lightly with oil before air frying.
- If the batter is too thick, add a little more milk.
- These can be made ahead and reheated in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
