  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the lamb chops dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix mint, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Coat the lamb chops evenly with the mint mixture.
  5. Place the chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  7. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
