- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the lamb chops dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix mint, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat the lamb chops evenly with the mint mixture.
- Place the chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.

- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the chops with oil before cooking.
