Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir until combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
