Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
