Description
Crispy air-fried chickpeas with lemon and dill for a healthy snack or side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crispiness, remove any loose chickpea skins before cooking.
