Easy and flavorful salmon patties made in the air fryer with lemon and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop salmon into small pieces or pulse in a food processor.
  2. Mix salmon with breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. Brush patties with olive oil.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  6. Place patties in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8 minutes, flip, then cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
