Easy and flavorful salmon patties made in the air fryer with lemon and herbs.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Chop salmon into small pieces or pulse in a food processor.
- Mix salmon with breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Brush patties with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Place patties in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip, then cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on patty thickness.
- Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce if desired.
