Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cut 4 pieces of foil (12×12 inches).
  3. Place one tilapia fillet on each foil piece.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Top each fillet with lemon slices.
  7. Fold the foil into packets, sealing the edges.
  8. Place packets in the air fryer basket.
  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Carefully open packets and garnish with fresh parsley.
