Description

Crispy tofu bites seasoned with lemon pepper and cooked in an air fryer for a quick and healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, toss tofu cubes with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, coat tofu in cornstarch before seasoning.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
