Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, poppy seeds, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter, egg, and lemon juice. Mix until dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and flatten slightly.
- Place cookies in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
