- 1 lemon (zest and juice)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, sugar, eggs, melted butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits in the air fryer.
- Cook for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use full-fat ricotta for best texture.
- Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Check cake at 20 minutes to prevent overbaking.
