Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken tenders in the mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Adjust cooking time if tenders are thicker.
- Pair with dipping sauce or a side salad.
