Description
Crispy and flavorful chicken thighs marinated with lemon and za’atar, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp za’atar spice blend
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, za’atar, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken thighs with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, pat chicken dry before marinating.
- Serve with a side of tzatziki or hummus.
