- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
- Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle half the cheese over the chips, then add the beef and remaining cheese.
- Air fry for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from the air fryer and top with tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.

- Use sturdy tortilla chips to prevent sogginess.
- Customize toppings to your preference.
- For extra crispiness, air fry the chips alone for 1-2 minutes before adding toppings.
