Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
  3. Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Sprinkle half the cheese over the chips, then add the beef and remaining cheese.
  5. Air fry for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and top with tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately.
