Description
A simple and healthy recipe for cooking mahi mahi in an air fryer. The fish comes out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Ingredients

- 2 mahi mahi fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 lemon, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over the fillets.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon slices if desired.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on fillet thickness.
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray the fillets with oil before cooking.
- Use fresh or thawed mahi mahi for best results.
