- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the batter to coat evenly.
- Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- In a small bowl, mix mango habanero sauce, honey, and lime juice.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately.
