  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (if using).
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and caramelized.
