- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (if using).
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and caramelized.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and desired crispiness.
- Add chopped bacon or pecans for extra flavor.
