Description
A quick and flavorful side dish featuring carrots roasted in the air fryer with a sweet and spicy maple chili glaze.

- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss carrot sticks in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust chili powder to taste for more or less heat.
- For crispier carrots, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Use fresh carrots for best texture.
