Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss carrot sticks in the mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until tender and caramelized.
