Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  2. In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, heavy cream, and butter. Heat over medium until boiling.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Gradually whisk in powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Pour mixture into the prepared dish and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
