- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, heavy cream, and butter. Heat over medium until boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Gradually whisk in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the prepared dish and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.

- Use pure maple syrup for best flavor.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
