Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, then brush with the maple glaze.
  5. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Serve immediately.
