- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then brush with the maple glaze.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh or thawed salmon for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the fillets.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
