Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat turkey legs dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub turkey legs with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Place turkey legs in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, and thyme in a small bowl.
  8. Brush glaze over turkey legs and cook for 5 more minutes.
  9. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  10. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
