Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat turkey legs dry with paper towels.
- Rub turkey legs with olive oil.
- Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place turkey legs in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Brush glaze over turkey legs and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
