Description
Roasted carrots with maple syrup and hazelnuts cooked in an air fryer for a quick and flavorful side dish.
Ingredients

- 500g carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 30g hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place carrots in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Drizzle maple syrup over carrots.
- Add chopped hazelnuts.
- Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Slice carrots evenly for consistent cooking.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Toast hazelnuts beforehand for extra flavor.
