Description

A crispy, chewy mochi with a sweet maple glaze, made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix rice flour, maple syrup, water, cornstarch, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Pour batter into a greased pan that fits your air fryer.
  3. Air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  4. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper for easier removal.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
