Description
A crispy, chewy mochi with a sweet maple glaze, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix rice flour, maple syrup, water, cornstarch, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour batter into a greased pan that fits your air fryer.
- Air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easier removal.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
