- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp maple extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, egg, and maple extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and shape into a circle, about 1-inch thick.
- Cut into 8 wedges and place in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
