A simple and delicious maple-glazed turkey cooked in an air fryer for a crispy exterior and juicy interior.

- 1 small turkey (about 10–12 lbs)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
- Mix maple syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme in a bowl.
- Coat the turkey evenly with the maple glaze.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the turkey in the air fryer basket, breast-side up.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes per pound, basting with glaze every 30 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
