Description

A simple and delicious maple-glazed turkey cooked in an air fryer for a crispy exterior and juicy interior.


Ingredients

  • 1 small turkey (about 1012 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix maple syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme in a bowl.
  3. Coat the turkey evenly with the maple glaze.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the turkey in the air fryer basket, breast-side up.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes per pound, basting with glaze every 30 minutes.
  7. Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
