Delicious homemade donuts made in an air fryer with maple and walnut flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk egg, maple syrup, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in walnuts.
- Spoon batter into greased donut molds.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh walnuts for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
