Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into lined cupcake molds, filling halfway.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
