- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Place cookies in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until edges turn golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Check cookies at 8 minutes to prevent burning.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
