Description

A juicy and flavorful meatloaf cooked in an air fryer, topped with a sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Mix brown sugar and mustard to make the glaze.
  6. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
