Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Mix brown sugar and mustard to make the glaze.
- Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for best results.
- Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
