Mini individual meatloaves cooked in an air fryer for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into mini loaves.
- Place the mini loaves in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for best results.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer.
