Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into mini loaves.
  4. Place the mini loaves in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
